1. Service Overview

Resolve & Reconnect provides an AI-powered service that allows users to generate videos where an uploaded image is lip-synced to an audio file provided by the user. The final output is an AI-generated video that visually syncs the lips of the uploaded image to the audio clip.

2. Data Usage and Retention

• We do not store final videos for more than seven (7) days after they are generated. After this period, they will be permanently deleted from our systems.
• If a video is used for showcases or marketing purposes, explicit user consent will be obtained before its use.

3. No Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of AI-generated content, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a video is generated, the service has been rendered in full, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Age Restriction

• By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use this service.

5. User Responsibility & Acceptable Use

• Users must ensure that they own the rights to the images and audio files they upload or have obtained necessary permissions to use them.
• Our services must not be used for:
  • Impersonation or fraud.
  • Defamation, harassment, or spreading misinformation.
  • Any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.
• Consent Requirement: Users must ensure that they have explicit consent from individuals whose images and voices are used in AI-generated content. Resolve & Reconnect is not responsible for any violations of privacy or consent laws resulting from user-submitted content.
• User Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any misuse of the service. Resolve & Reconnect is not liable for any legal or ethical consequences arising from improper use of the AI-generated content.

6. Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resolve & Reconnect, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

• The AI technology and platform are proprietary and belong to Resolve & Reconnect.
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content, but they grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating the requested AI video.

8. Service Availability & Limitations

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Features, pricing, and service availability may be updated or modified at any time.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• AI-Generated Nature: The AI-generated videos are created based on user inputs, and we make no guarantees regarding their accuracy, realism, or emotional impact.
• No Liability for Misuse: Users assume all risks associated with misuse of the service. Resolve & Reconnect is not responsible for any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from user actions.
• As-Is Basis: Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in the United States.

11. Third-Party Services

• Resolve & Reconnect may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to cloud storage, AI processing, and payment gateways.
• We do not own, control, or assume responsibility for third-party services, their availability, security, or performance.
• By using our service, you acknowledge that third-party providers may have their own terms and policies, and we encourage users to review them.
• Any interruptions, failures, or issues arising from third-party services are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from their use.
